Brown’s Family Law Blog Named to Top 25 List
The Minnesota State Bar Association has named the firm’s Minnesota Divorce and Family Law Blog to its Top 25 Minnesota Blawgs list. Jason Brown, a founding partner with the firm, began publishing the blog in 2008. Since inception, more than 240,000 visitors have been provided with easy-to-understand divorce and family law information.
Brown Elected to Northgate Church Board
The Brown Law Offices, P.A. is pleased to announce that Jason Brown, a founding partner with the firm, has been elected to the Board of Directors at Northgate Church. Northgate, a rapidly expanding congregation located in Ramsey, Minnesota, welcomes approximately 650 people each Sunday. In addition, the Board has elected Brown to the position of corporate secretary for 2012.
Brown Launches “Minnesota Family Law This Week” Podcast
The Brown Law Offices, P.A. has launched a new podcast entitled “Minnesota Family Law This Week.” The program, hosted by Jason Brown, is produced each week and provides family law practitioners from around Minnesota with a timely summary of recent appellate decisions on divorce and family law issues.

Jason Brown, founding partner with the Brown Law Offices, P.A. recently spoke at a Hennepin County Bar Association forum on law firm innovation. Brown discussed innovative approaches to online marketing, including the use of blogs and other social media.

Brown Selected Contributing Author to JD’s Rising Blog
The Minnesota Lawyer newspaper has selected Jason Brown as a contributing author to its “JD’s Rising” Blog. The Blog has a readership of several thousand lawyers and judges each week, and was recently named a “Top 20″ law blog by the Minnesota Bar Association.
Brown Joins Lee Rosen’s Divorce Discourse Blog
Lee Rosen, receipient of the American Bar Association’s James I. Keane Award for Law Firm Marketing, has selected attorney Jason Brown to contribute to his national “Divorce Discourse” Blog. Brown will provide timely advice for fellow family law attorneys.
Brown Welcomes Attorney Jill Anderson
Jill Anderson has joined the Brown Law Offices, P.A. as an associate attorney. Anderson is an honors graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and was a Public Service Scholar at Drake University Law School. Anderson is a former social worker, with ties to both the family, and juvenile, court system.
