Jennifer was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, before moving to Utah to pursue her education. She attended Brigham Young University, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English literature, with a minor in creative writing.
Jennifer attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. During law school, Jennifer was a member of the Brigham Young University’s National Moot Court Team, and she competed in the 2021 ABA Oklahoma City Regional Competition.
After law school, Jennifer worked in private practice, practicing general civil litigation. Her area of expertise is family law, having handled a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, protective orders, adoptions, and guardianships. She is an active member of the Family Law Section of the Utah Bar Association.
When not working, Jennifer enjoys reading and writing short stories. She spends many weekends playing different games with friends, including table-top role-playing games. She also enjoys camping, cooking, and watching baseball games.
