Lei Brown

With nearly nine years of experience in the legal field, I bring a well-rounded perspective shaped by both criminal and family law. After spending three years in investigative and paralegal roles at Salt Lake Legal Defenders, I transitioned into family law at Brown Family Law nearly six years ago.

I began my career at Brown Family Law as a receptionist, built the firm’s Intake Team from the ground up, and now oversee operations at the executive level. A key part of my role includes guiding intake strategy and sales performance to ensure consistent revenue growth while maintaining excellence, integrity, and care for clients navigating life’s most difficult transitions.

I’ve been married for over four years (yes—while working at a divorce firm) and am the proud mom of two children with my husband, Ronnie. When I’m not working, I enjoy lifting, reading, and spending time with my family.
