Thanksgiving Parent-Time in Utah: 2019
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year.
Christmas is okay, but Thanksgiving is great.
There are lots of people who feel the same, which is why Thanksgiving is one of the major holidays in Utah’s holiday parent-time statute.
So, when does the Thanksgiving Holiday begin and end?
Here’s that Utah law has to say: “Thanksgiving holiday beginning Wednesday at 7 p.m. until Sunday at 7 p.m.”
Now, you can always try to work out another schedule if it works for you and your ex.
Maybe you pick up your kid on Tuesday because school let out for the week on Tuesday and not Wednesday.
Absent another agreement, though, it’s Wednesday evening through Sunday.
